Kilimanjaro Mountain Climbing

Day 1

(this will be same with continuation from Zanzibar will be day 10 that will including your return ticket Zanzibar to Arusha / Arusha , Zanzibar) pick up Arusha Airport transfer to the toward Mount Kilimanjaro National Park .You will get sign up at the park’s office at the gates of the Park .Then get ready to start climbing together with the profession guide to rain forest, a winding trail takes you up on a bridge until Machame Camp out camping site for dinner and over night.

Day 2: Camping Machame – Camp Shira ( If you combine from Zanzibar will be day 11)

You will have breakfast and then start our walking at the same time we leave behind the rain forest , you will continue ascending, traversing a valley and going up a rocky bridge , quite sleep and covered in heath . then you will turn west to the river ‘s gorge that will be the end of day Camp shira where you will have your dinner and spend your overnight.

DAY 3: (If you combine from Zanzibar will be day 12)

Camp shira through Lava Tower- Camp Barranco Today is crucial for acclimatization your bodies are getting prepared for the summit day it’s an intense day and you may feel the altitude symptoms . we ascend until Lava Twoer (4600m) where you will have lunch and rest . Then you will go down to Barranco campsite where you will sleep . This camp is located in a beautiful valley under the Breach and the Great Barranco Wall and the sun set here is memorable it’s a special place to photograph

DAY 4: (If you combine from Zanzibar will be day 13)

Camp Barranco – Camp Karanga The day begins with a fun scramble , quite short , until the top of Great Barranco Wall .Then we cross over the scree to Karanga Valley (3930m) located under the ice falls of Kersten , Helm and Decken Glaciers, you will spend the night at the camp Karanga and have dinner there.

DAY 5: (If you combine from Zanzibar will be day 14)

Camp Karanga – Camp Barafu Living the Karanga Camp behind you will reach the junction that connects with the MWEKA Trail for descent . Then we continue until the Barafu Hut .This marks the completion of the southern Circuit from here there are views of the top from different angles .You will camp , rest and enjoy some dinner .From here we can clearly see the Kibo and Mawenzi peaks

• DAY 6: (If you combine from Zanzibar will be day 15)

Barafu Camp until the Summit Hunt Mweka You will wake up at 11:30 pm quickly have some tea and cookies and start the hike . The destination is the summit located between the Ratzed and Rembman glaciers .Heading to the north west , you will go up through scree to Stella Point on the rim of the crater .This is probably the most challenging portion of the hike , both physically and mentally . At the Stella Point (5732m) you will have short stop to rest and the sunrise here will likely be the most marvelous you that you have ever seen , if the weather permits .At the Uhuru Peak (5895m) you reached the culminant point both of MT KILIMANJARO and AFRICA .it can get really cold during the night but it will be very warm at the end of the day of hiking from the peak . you will go down until the Hut Mweka campsite via Barafu where we have lunch you need trekking poles for the loose gravel heading down to Camp Mweka {3100m) later in the day you will enjoy the last dinner on the mountain and a wellearned rest

• DAY 7: ( If you combine from Zanzibar will be day 16)

Mweka Camp – silver Palm hotel you will go down until the Mweka Park Gate where you wll receive the summit Certificate . At lower altitude it may be muddy and wet .Gaiters abd trekking poles will be helpful .It;s convenient to have 1 –shirt and short for this part but keep your rain gear and warmer clothes at hand
